Jillian, the CEO of Starboard, has two decades of insurance experience. Throughout her career, Jillian has extensively advised both residential and commercial property owners on risk transfer and other insurance-related matters. Jillian's advice is informed by the variety of her professional experience, including in-house counsel to a well-known insurance brokerage firm, outside counsel to primary and excess insurance carriers, as well as general counsel and risk manager for a corporate policyholder with more than 100 properties. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Jillian is a Chartered Casualty & Property Broker and a New York General Independent Adjuster.
